This is how Miss USA, Rachel Smith fell down on the pageant of the Miss Universe 2007 in Mexico. I just hope she didn’t hurt on this and make a Miriam Quiambao post after the fall but she didn’t. Maybe that is why she only fall to the 4th runner-up.
