Nicole Richie’s DUI trial has officially been postponed until August 16th so that her expert witness can testify. I was really hoping it would start today and someone would tell us if she’s pregnant. Or they’d use that as an excuse.
Nicole Richie was arrested by the California Highway Patrol last December 11, 2006 after she failed a field sobriety test and was charged with driving under the influence of drugs.
